Equipment introduction: 1. Automatic control system: PLC programmable controller, touch screen-style human-machine dialogue for parameter setting, with parameters adjustable according to actual production conditions, ensuring strong applicability.
2. The conveyor belt of the pouring machine is driven by a chain and sprocket, ensuring a uniform conveying speed to achieve a more even thickness of the shutter.
3. Equipped with a correction device, ensuring the louvered fabric is always kept in the middle of the conveyor belt.
4. Mechanical hands are used for folding to make the pleated fabric more neatly folded; the pleats are automatically pressed by three hydraulic presses with different pressure intensities.
